Mybridity customers are ambitious and will recognise their team will be faced with a lack of time or specific skills or simply needs to add some rocket fuel! Common scenarios could be to support leaders and their teams manage the pace of change or to develop ideas and skills to meet the growing expectations of the business. This could be in the form of mentorship, coaching, or simply an external lens to challenge the current thinking.

Yes, we can help. We are certified coaches and have built and delivered numerous coaching programmesboth independently and in collaboration with partners. Let’s discuss the. challenges in front of you and the target outcomes.

How does the sales management support work?

Building on your initial view of what’s needed, a brief is designed to describe target outcomes and the time to be invested. The brief could be straight forward or there may be enough complexity to warrant a discovery exercise to make the definition of any engagement clearer and more realistic.

Is it training or mentoring?

Your business objectives are more important than the label we put on the deliverables. Once we establish the objectives, Mybridity will recommend the scope and the most effective delivery method. Training or coaching is the delivery of clearly defined material through a series of remote or face to face ‘modules’. We have built and refined a series of modules to share effective sales skills with teams who need to develop or simply sharpen their saw. Mentoring is typically one to one and offers a ‘safe space’ for leaders, high performing individuals, or those on a growth path, to develop ideas and techniques and build leadership skills.
